When printing this poster at a local copy shop, please print on 11x17 paper and trim to 10.75x13.5.

CHAPERONES:

Chaperones are requested to assist with regular chaparone activities as well as security to help ensure a wholesome, fun, and safe environment for the youth.

Chaperones for this event will be limited to:

  • Stake YM/YW leaders
  • High Councilors over youth
  • Bishops
  • Members of Stake Presidencies

All spouses of those serving in these positions are invited to attend as well.

NOTE: Remember that registering as a chaperone is not a guarantee that you will be attending the event. Due to limited space at the venue only a certain number of chaperones will actually be asked to attend.
